Information you provide

Contact and project forms may collect your name, email address, business name, line of business, current website, project context, goals, decision-makers, target timeline, investment range, and any other details you choose to include. Direct emails and calls also contain the information you share through those channels.

Information collected automatically

Vercel may process request and hosting logs needed to deliver and secure the site. Vercel Web Analytics records aggregated page-view information such as page path, referrer, general location, browser, operating system, and device type. Arc does not receive a visitor's name or email from those analytics.

How information is used

Local storage and cookies

The theme switch stores only your dark or light preference in your browser's local storage. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie when it runs to assess whether a form submission is legitimate.

You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser settings. Blocking reCAPTCHA may prevent a form from submitting.

Receives and delivers contact and project-form submissions.

Evaluates form activity to reduce spam and automated abuse.

Google Fonts

Delivers typefaces and receives ordinary browser requests, including an IP address.

These providers may process information outside the Philippines, including in the United States. Their own privacy terms govern their processing. Arc may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the site, its visitors, or legal rights.

Retention and security

Inquiry and project records are kept only while needed to respond, manage a potential or active engagement, maintain reasonable business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Records no longer needed are deleted or anonymized during periodic review.

Arc uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may ask to be informed, access your information, object to processing, correct inaccurate information, request erasure or blocking, and request data portability. You may also seek damages or file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission when the law provides.

Children

This business website is not directed to children. Arc does not knowingly request personal information from children through the inquiry forms.
